This weekend we raced Castle Rock short track and TT. We rode the 250 classes. They don't let us ride with the 450s anymore. To many people got mad because me and Brad were doing to good. There are three 250 classes, so we rode all of them for track time.

TT Heat Races: We rode three classes. The only competition we had was Brad. We aren't as good at going to the right as Brad, so he would get us a little. The track was really nice, it was great you could go into turn one at fourth gear pinned and turn the front under. In the first heat we had the wrong gearing on and Brad pulled away some but we were right there. In the second heat race we had better gearing on and we got the holeshot and Brad couldn't get by us. The next race the track was getting faster so we went to a different gearing and it was a little more slower. So we got the holeshot and stayed in front of him.

TT Mains: In the main we went back to the gearing we ran in the second heat race that ran the best. We ran that for the first two heats. In the first heat we got the holeshot and pulled away. Then in the second one Brad beat us to the first turn but we past him on the outside and won. In the last main we went back to a different gearing and the wheel wasn't straight and the brakes were dragging so Brad pulled away. So we got a second.

Short Track Heat Races: On the short track we are really fast. We always have the fast line around the track. This weekend I felt just like Chris, coming out of the turn we had our foot up fast and were on the gas. The only bad thing is that we only get one practice so its hard to get the gearing right. So in the first race it was wrong so we were close behind Brad but we couldn't get around him. In the second one the gearing was good. We got the holeshot and pulled away from Brad. We just had to get the holeshot because Brad can't get around us. So we got the holeshot and the bike was working great because of my great machine. So we pulled away and won.

Short Track Mains: Going into the mains we had the fastest time out of everybody. We haven't beat the fastest time yet but we are going to try. In the first main Brad was getting frustrated so it was just all a mind game from there on out. We just had to get the holeshot and he would make a lot of mistakes. So in the first one we just got the holeshot and pulled away a little more lap by lap. In the next one it was the same thing we got the holeshot and pulled away. In the last one it was a little different, he got the holeshot. In the first turn we past him on the outside and won.

This weekend we are racing at Bellingham so we can get some practice on jumping the 150.
