Cancellation, transfer and substitution
policy - By submitting your application either by e-mail, fax,
postal service or by phone, you are agreeing to all the contents
of American Supercamp's policies for cancellations, transfers
or substitutions. We require a written notification by e-mail,
fax or postal service 14 business days (Monday-Friday) prior
to your American Supercamp date for any cancellations. Failure
to notify us in writing will result in fees as follows: 8 -14
business days prior, $50 fee; 1-7 business days prior, loss of
deposit; cancellation on the day of your camp results in the
loss of your entire tuition fee. If a credit/refund is applicable,
it will be refunded or credited to your charge card, depending
on your initial enrollment method. There will be a $50 processing
fee per date for any transfers done after the 14 business day
deadline. There will also be a $50 substitution fee per student
for any substitutions made after the 14 business day deadline.
Should you not appear on your scheduled camp date, you will forfeit
all monies paid.
